Job summary

CAMBA Inc. is seeking a Housing Case Manager for its Short Term Housing Program in Brooklyn, NY. The role will conduct screenings, prepare eligibility documentation, and connect clients to medical and housing services.

You will document progress and ensure files remain audit-ready within a supportive team environment. The position requires a Bachelor’s or comparable degree with at least 4 years in case management, plus strong bilingual Spanish skills and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Associates with 4+ years in case management or related field.
• Two years of relevant experience, preferably in a mid-sized organization.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a must.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prescreening to determine eligibility and gather verification documents.
• Enter client services into eSHARE and maintain audit-ready charts.
• Connect clients to medical, mental health, housing, and legal services.
• Escort clients to appointments and assist with benefits applications.
• Document progress and maintain monthly program reports.
