Northern Virginia Family Services (NVFS) in Virginia’s Northern region is seeking a Case Management Supervisor to lead our SERVE Shelter program. You will oversee daily case management operations, supervise staff, and ensure high‑quality services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

This on‑site role emphasizes staff development, program coordination, and collaboration with community partners to strengthen housing counseling, rapid rehousing, and housing location services.

Qualificações

• Four or more years of related work experience in case management or housing/homelessness programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• Experience with homelessness or housing-insecurity populations.
• At least one year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Continuum of Care collaborations a plus.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills; data management and reporting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise case management staff, provide guidance and development.
• Coordinate staffing, monitor caseloads, ensure coverage.
• Oversee daily operations for homelessness prevention, rapid rehousing, housing counseling, and housing location services.
• Ensure services align with policies and funding requirements.
• Administer ESG, VHSP, and private funds; report on expenditures.
• Collaborate with partners to improve service delivery and outcomes.
• Participate in CoC committees to strengthen community partnerships.
