Qualifications

• One year of experience in operations/management of affordable housing or related field.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal entitlement programs and HUD guidelines is a plus.
• Ability to advocate, organize, prioritize, and problem-solve for residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide general case management and referrals to residents.
• Develop and maintain a directory of community resources for information and referrals.
• Monitor residents to identify needs and coordinate services accordingly.
• Provide van transportation, schedule rides, and ensure passenger safety and proper securing of wheelchairs.
