Job summary

Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is seeking a Housing Services Coordinator for our Las Vegas, NV property. The role supports residents in achieving independence, safety, and quality of life within ASI housing.

Responsibilities include case management, referrals, resource directory maintenance, monitoring resident needs, and coordinating services; plus arranging van service for community access and safe transport of residents. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• One year of successful experience in operations/management of affordable housing.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal entitlement programs.
• Knowledge of HUD Housing guidelines is a plus.
• Current driver’s license and a clean three-year driving record.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide general case management and referral services to residents in need of such assistance.
• Develop and maintain a directory of community resources to provide information and referrals.
• Monitor residents' changing needs and coordinate additional services.
• Provide van service: schedules, ridership tracking, safe loading/unloading and transport.
• Assist with loading/unloading passengers and securing wheelchairs.
