Job summary

Accessible Space, Inc. (ASI) seeks a Part Time Service Coordinator for our Sartell, MN apartment building.

The coordinator acts as a liaison between residents and community resources and helps develop programs to support physical, social, and mental well-being to maintain residents’ independence. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, along with experience in social services for seniors or individuals with disabilities and strong advocacy, organizational, and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in social services delivery with seniors/disabled.
• Knowledge of supportive services and community resources; ability to advocate, organize, and problem-solve.

Responsibilities

• The Service Coordinator serves as a liaison between residents and community resources and services.
• Develop and deliver programs and services related to physical, social, and mental well-being to assist residents in maintaining independence.
• Develop and maintain a directory of community resources to provide information and referral services to all residents.
