Job summary

System One is seeking a Client Services Supervisor in Miami, FL for an onsite Direct Hire role. You will lead Housing Specialists, coach staff, and ensure timely service delivery while maintaining compliance with funding guidelines.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, conducting performance reviews, coordinating with leadership, and driving quality improvements. The role requires a HS diploma, 3+ years in social services with 1+ in supervision, Rent Calculation Certification,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social services or housing programs, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Rent Calculation Certification.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficient with case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of Housing Specialists within the housing services program, ensuring timely and effective service delivery to clients.
• Monitor caseloads and service outcomes to meet program goals and client needs.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, providing coaching, training, and professional development opportunities.
• Complete annual performance evaluations and collaborate on individualized performance and development plans.
• Ensure compliance with all program requirements, including documentation standards, data entry, reporting, and funding guidelines.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff members.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment that supports staff morale and retention.
• Act as a liaison between frontline staff and upper management to communicate needs, challenges, and successes.
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and interdepartmental coordination for integrated client services.
• Address escalated client issues and provide guidance on complex cases.
• Support quality assurance initiatives through file audits, service reviews, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Stay informed on relevant housing policies, local resources, and best practices in service delivery.
