VOA Illinois is seeking a Client Support and Service Coordinator for the Housing is Recovery (HiR) program. The role provides comprehensive case management, meeting with participants, and coordinating services with community agencies to ensure timely, quality care for individuals facing housing and recovery challenges.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and data systems.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in helping/service field and service management.
• Experience with leveraging community resources.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and conflict de-escalation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive case management when general services are not sufficient.
• Meet with program participants to provide support and monitor progress.
• Deliver services with sensitivity to cultural and socioeconomic factors.
• Act as liaison between community agencies, service providers, and clients.
• Document contact with clients, providers, and families.
• Use EchoVantage and HMIS for data entry.
