Qualifications

• 6 months clerical/office experience or related training.

Responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance repairs and file completed work orders.
• Assist in resident move-in/out procedures and unit inspections.
• Collect rent and perform daily bank deposits as needed.
• Prepare recertifications of residents and maintain files.
• Maintain a clean, organized office and professional appearance.
• Interact with residents and partners to promote equitable housing.
