Responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance and track work orders.
• Assist residents with move-in/out and unit inspections.
• Process applications and wait lists per EHMI policies.
• Collect rent and perform daily deposits.
• Answer calls and maintain professional office communication.
• Maintain accurate resident records and write reports.
