Qualifications

• 6 months clerical/office experience or related training.
• Typing at least 40 wpm.
• Property management experience is a plus.
• Familiar with PC hardware; YARDI software preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Self-starter, organized, detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance repairs and file completed work orders.
• Assist in resident move-in/out procedures and inspections.
• Maintain wait lists and process applications per EHMI policies.
• Collect rent and perform daily deposits as needed.
• Answer phones and handle office inquiries professionally.
• Prepare resident recertifications and maintain accurate files.
• Ensure compliance with HUD/CHFA/RHCP/TCAC rules.
• Promote harmonious relations among residents and staff.
