Job summary

Native American Connections in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Housing Program Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the Case Aides and Case Managers across housing programs. You will coordinate homeless housing referrals with NAC’s outreach and engagement staff and director, ensuring smooth move-ins, orientation, and ongoing case management.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of the Maricopa CoC and CES, experience with homeless services, and a track record supervising teams serving

Qualifications

• Must have or obtain First Aid and CPR certification within 30 days.
• Must have or obtain a food handlers card within 30 days.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Experience with Native American population and homeless youth preferred.
• Motivational Interviewing preferred.
• Fair Housing and Housing First experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff safety and participant safety at facilities.
• Coordinate care across housing programs with healthcare partners.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Provide supervision, training and development for staff.
• Develop housing plans with participants and review progress weekly.
• Oversee participant admissions, orientations, and discharges.
• Ensure HMIS data entry is timely and accurate; complete required reporting.
• Manage staff schedules and annual performance reviews.
