Job summary

Native American Connections is seeking a Housing Programs Manager to lead the West Valley housing initiatives in Surprise, AZ. The role oversees daily operations, staff supervision, and program implementation, ensuring alignment with funding and organizational policies.

The ideal candidate brings substantial experience in homeless housing services, knowledge of CES/Coc processes, and a strong commitment to serving Native American communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and five to seven years supervisory experience.
• Seven years’ experience in homeless housing services is desirable.
• Experience working with Native American populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of NAC’s West Valley housing programs and outreach teams.
• Provide vision, strategy, program evaluation, and implementation solutions to Senior Leadership.
• Supervise staff, provide professional development, and manage staffing.
• Ensure services align with policies, funding, and contractual obligations.
• Oversee outreach for individuals and families experiencing homelessness and coordinate housing connections.
• Maintain relationships with service providers and community stakeholders.
