Job summary

Nome Community Center is seeking a Housing Co-Coordinator to oversee housing and homelessness programs, coordinating with housing providers, service agencies, and tribal organizations to prevent homelessness and support stable housing. Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and ability to pass background checks.
• Two+ years experience in housing programs, homelessness services, case management, or related fields.
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze program data for grants, reporting, and evaluation.
• Complete required reports and documentation on time.
• Enter and maintain HMIS data and use Coordinated Entry protocols.
• Maintain records for participants and provide regular follow-up to support housing stability.
• Coordinate with service providers to support case management and service delivery.
• Develop Individual Success Plans focusing on housing stability and self-sufficiency.
• Link participants to resources for long-term stabilization and wellness.
• Develop groups, education, and activities to promote social connection.
