Job summary

PathForward seeks a Housing Program Operations Manager to support day-to-day operations of multiple off-site Permanent Supportive Housing programs in Arlington, VA. You will supervise Life Skills Coaches and House Monitors, develop staff schedules, and ensure safety, organization, and client-centered services across sites.

Responsibilities include coordinating site operations, responding to safety concerns, maintaining documentation (HMIS/ETEO), and supporting furniture donation coordination

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of multiple off-site PSH programs and staff schedules.
• Supervise Life Skills Coaches and House Monitors and coordinate coverage.
• Ensure housing sites are safe, organized, and well supplied.
• Maintain documentation in HMIS/ETOO and other systems for reporting requirements.
• Coordinate furniture donation activities with donors and distribution to clients.
