Job summary

Family Service of RI (FSRI) in Middletown, RI, seeks a Program Manager to oversee Lucy's Hearth Permanent Supportive Housing operations. You will ensure safety, drive grant implementation, and lead staff for program development.

You will collaborate with landlords and property managers to maintain housing stability and participate in Rhode Island’s Continuum of Care, supporting community partnerships and housing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising staff.
• Experience with HMIS systems preferred.
• Knowledge of Rhode Island affordable housing resources preferred.
• Bilingual/ASL skills add 6%, multilingual add 8% to base pay.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Lucy's Hearth PSH program.
• Ensure safety protocols, client participation, grant implementation.
• Manage quality and supervise staff; drive program development.
• Collaborate with landlords, property managers, and developers.
• Serve as a member of the Rhode Island CoC and support partnerships.
