Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human services field required.
• Minimum five years’ experience in mental health and substance use treatment.
• Minimum five years’ experience with families/individuals in a clinical setting.
• Minimum two years’ supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of case management, housing first, harm reduction, and trauma‑informed care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to 3 case management staff, 1 activities coordinator, and 1 front desk supervisor.
• Manage program budget and oversee expenses and vendor invoices.
• Track unit vacancies and coordinate turnover with property management.
• Coordinate delivery of furniture and household items for move‑in.
• Oversee facility upkeep, safety, and timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with case management and property management teams to ensure safety and communication.
• Submit program vacancies to SEPH and attend Coordinated Entry meetings.
• Assist referred clients with applications and eligibility documentation.
• Be available for on‑call emergencies and provide bi‑monthly board reports.
• Maintain accurate client data in HMIS, Apricot 360, and other databases.
• Monitor contract deliverables and communicate with stakeholders.
• Represent programs at service provider meetings.
• Coordinate recertifications and provide back‑up case management as needed.
• Coordinate with Development for volunteers and donors.
• Coordinate with external providers for continuity of care.
• Develop on‑site programming and psychosocial groups for residents.
• Manage psychiatric and medical emergencies.
• Other duties as assigned.
