Qualifications

• Trauma-Informed Care training preferred.
• Motivational Interviewing preferred.
• Experience with Native American populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and conduct intake/check-in, assess needs and connect to housing resources.
• Coordinate daily operations of WVHAC, including seasonal heat relief and cooling center activities.
• Schedule partners, outreach teams, workshops and events to support service delivery.
• Maintain client-level data in Apricot and ensure confidentiality and compliance.
• Maintain safe, welcoming environment and build community partnerships.
