Job summary

Jamboree Housing Corporation seeks a Program Manager to oversee residents and programs across California properties. You will supervise staff, develop services, and ensure quality control to promote housing stability and wellbeing.

In collaboration with the County and CES, you will coordinate services, manage budgets, and build partnerships to expand program offerings and achieve outcomes for families, seniors, and individuals experiencing homelessness.

Qualifications

• Four plus years of experience in programs serving homeless or low-income populations.
• Experience coordinating multiple services and staff across sites.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field; trauma-informed knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee social services for Permanent Supportive Housing and staff planning.
• Develop annual goals for Community Impact staff and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with CES, county providers, and partners to meet program standards.
• Lead program evaluation, data quality, and regular reporting to partners.
• Manage budgets and oversee tenant intake, orientation, and engagement.
• Foster relationships with city partners and volunteers to expand services.
