Jamboree is seeking a Program Manager to oversee residents and programs across properties in California. You will lead staff, coordinate services with county providers, and ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care aligned with Housing First principles.

Role requires 4+ years with homeless services, a BA in Human Services (psychology a plus), and ability to travel 50% across CA. Strong communication and program development skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Four plus years of experience with children and families, homelessness, and mental illness.
• Bachelor-level degree in Human Services or related field; psychology background is a plus.
• Familiarity with Housing First, Harm Reduction or Recovery-Oriented models.
• Knowledge of local CoC and CES.
• Minimum 3 years working with special needs/mentally ill populations.
• Proficiency with basic computer software (Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication skills and staff supervision experience.
• Ability to work independently and with diverse populations.
• Valid California driver's license and insured vehicle; travel between sites ~50%.
• Some evenings and weekends; travel throughout California.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and develop social services for Permanent Supportive Housing, including planning and delivery.
• Supervise Interns, Case Managers, and Coordinators; handle hiring and payroll tasks.
• Coordinate with CES, county providers, and partners to meet program standards.
• Manage resident databases and program outcomes reporting.
• Ensure policies and services meet grants and funding requirements.
• Attend regular onsite meetings and coordinate with property management and service providers.
