Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, housing/real estate management or public administration.
• Four years of experience in program administration/operations/compliance in human services.
• One year of supervisory experience or leadership training.
• Excellent MS Office skills and strong communication abilities.
• Experience with Native American communities preferred and HUD/NAHASDA familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff development, interviews, hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Oversee office workflows to meet deadlines and grant requirements.
• Develop program budgets and monitor goals and objectives.
• Coordinate with directors and other departments to deliver services.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and manage data in systems.
