Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field or two years of relevant experience.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word.
• Strong delivery of positive service and excellent communication skills.
• Must maintain client confidentiality.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet insurance requirements.
• Must pass comprehensive background check to work around children.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent tenant service, respond to requests, and generate work orders.
• Assist Rental Property Manager with supervising admin staff and coordinating maintenance.
• Analyze housing/financial reports to allocate resources effectively.
• Assist with budgeting, inspections, and compliance with leases and HUD rules.
• Calculate monthly rent using HUD formulas and manage delinquent accounts follow-up.
• Administer occupancy, communicate emergency contacts, and manage move-ins/outs.
