Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent tenant service and respond to requests promptly.
• Assist Rental Property Manager and supervise administrative staff.
• Analyze housing management reports to allocate resources efficiently.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections; manage vendor relations.
• Assist with annual budget preparation and monthly rent billing.
• Ensure compliance with leases, HUD requirements, and waitlist updates.
• Prepare tenant communications and organize quarterly tenant meetings.
