Job summary

The position requires an Associate degree and relevant certifications, with strong analytical and communication skills to interact with applicants, residents, and staff.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of HUD and PHA regulations and policies.
• Ability to analyze programs and write clear policies and procedures.
• Experience with income eligibility determinations and rent computations.

Responsibilities

• Manages LIPH and Multifamily Waiting Lists and onboarding of participants.
• Provides orientation to prospective tenants on HUD rules.
• Ensures adherence to HUD regulations and HACC policies.
• Monitors productivity and timeliness of new applications; facilitates basic rent computations.
• Responds to inquiries and updates admissions policies as needed.
• Recommends updates to program policies to stay current with HUD rules.
• Performs duties in accordance with Authority policies.
