The Director oversees Permanent Supportive Housing, outreach, shelter, bridge and transitional housing, with a focus on culturally responsive, trauma-informed care and system-level leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business or social services discipline.
• Masters preferred.
• Minimum five years of leadership experience in housing or homeless services.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for NAC's homeless services, outreach, shelter, bridge, transitional, and supportive housing programs.
• Supervise and support Housing Program Managers, Supervisors, and other staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Lead development and continuous improvement of service models, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure programs operate with trauma-informed care and culturally responsive service delivery.
• Set performance expectations and outcome-focused management across programs.
• Promote innovation and quality improvement throughout Housing Services.
• Maintain visible leadership across housing sites.
