Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain office equipment and contribute to newsletters and bulletins
• Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to funding sources
• Process on-site and rental assistance applications, including verifications and scheduling
• Review budgets and tenant accounts, ensure lease compliance and timely payments
• Prepare data and reports in housing data software and coordinate with Fiscal Department
• Maintain accurate participant, unit and program files per 2 CFR 200
• Assist with annual file purges and respond to residents with guidance on leases and payments
