Job summary

Wesley Health Centers - JWCH Institute, Inc. seeks a Site Supervisor for the NENB Housing program in Los Angeles. The role supports the director in strategic planning and coordinates operational aspects of the program with a multidisciplinary care team.

The position delivers training to staff, implements interventions for independent living, and collaborates with partners to ensure quality, safety, and effective service delivery to clients experiencing homelessness.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate or Bachelor degree in human services or social work.
• 3–5+ years of relevant managerial experience in healthcare or nonprofit sectors.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative direction and support to staff in accordance with policies.
• Coordinate and monitor program operations and documentation with partners.
• Train and guide staff on harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and de-escalation.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety, and quality standards.
• Promote client-centered services and coordinate coordination with partners.
