Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of Southern California is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Housing Navigator Program, ensure compliance, and drive Individual Housing Transition and Tenancy Sustaining Services. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with regional partners to expand housing referrals while maintaining HIPAA privacy and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of management experience.
• Experience in housing and counseling and supervising staff.
• Live Scan background check is required for this position.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and manage Housing Navigator Program.
• Represent LSSSC in community collaborations to increase housing referrals.
• Oversee daily administration, budgeting, and grant compliance.
• Supervise staff, plan trainings, and ensure HIPAA/privacy compliance.
• Carry a caseload and coordinate crisis intervention when needed.
