Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, Human Services, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in housing navigation, case management, or social services with 2+ years in supervision.
• Knowledge of housing systems and community resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor housing navigation programs and policies.
• Collaborate with landlords, social service agencies, and healthcare providers to expand housing opportunities.
• Oversee intake, assessment, and referrals for housing placements.
• Analyze program data to drive improvements.
• Manage budgets, proposals, and reporting for housing navigation services.
