• Associate's in Mental Health with 4 years relevant experience.
• High School diploma with 8 years of clinical mental health experience.

Responsibilities

• Housing placement: Facilitate housing options for individuals experiencing homelessness.
• Recovery support: Provide individualized resources addressing underlying issues.
• Case management: Assess needs and develop personalized housing and recovery plans; monitor progress and refer as needed.
• Documentation and reporting: Maintain records and prepare reports for funders and policies.
