Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven project management experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and contractors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and build partnerships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and optimizes housing repairs, renovations, and capital projects for cost-effectiveness.
• Partner with Property Managers to align maintenance with leasing timelines and minimize unit downtime.
• Establishes standard operating procedures for repairs, turns, plumbing, electrical, and related tasks.
• Oversees digital work order management and transitions from paper to integrated platforms.
• Ensures compliance with local codes, HUD guidelines (if applicable), OSHA, and safety regulations.
• Leads routine inspections to identify lease compliance issues and preventive maintenance needs.
• Solicits competitive bids and manages third-party general contractors.
• Directs planning, scheduling, and execution of multi-unit renovations and major capital improvements.
• Collaborates with Property Managers to identify financial needs and cost-saving opportunities.
• Champions ongoing technology improvements to eliminate paper bottlenecks and enhance data analytics.
