Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years housing assistance experience for justice-involved, homeless, or low-income populations.
• Excellent communication, multi-tasking, public speaking, and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new housing opportunities with landlords and real estate professionals.
• Develop and maintain a housing inventory database with unit availability and landlord contacts.
• Outreach to probation offices to build partnerships and facilitate housing placements.
• Meet landlords to collect documentation and perform monthly housing quality visits.
• Negotiate lease terms and assist with program-compliant housing placements.
• Provide ongoing liaison support to landlords to promote housing stability.
• Monitor local rental market trends to adjust outreach strategies.
