Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions related to housing contracts and assignments.
• Handle in-person and phone credit card payments and ensure accurate student billing.
• Review ESA and Service/Assistance Animal requests in ADA/HUD compliance.
• Train students and full-time staff on room changes, contracts, and deadlines.
• Communicate terms and conditions to students, faculty, staff and parents.
