Job summary

Ohio State University seeks a Residence Hall Director to lead building and community efforts in a large on-campus residence hall. You will coordinate programs, supervise student staff, and ensure safe operations while advancing student learning and well-being.

The role requires working evenings, weekends, and on-call duties. This is a live-on position in Morrill Tower, Columbus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3 years of relevant experience required.
• Desire: Master's degree in Higher Education, College Student Personnel, or related field; 4-8 years of relevant experience.

Role includes evening, weekend, and on-call duty. This is a live-on position.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3 years of relevant experience required.


• Desire: Master's degeree in Higher Education, College Student Personnel, or other related field. 4-8 years of relevant experience.

Additional Information: Starting pay range for this role is $44,900 to $58,250. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, the unit's available budget, and the selected candidate's qualifications.
