Job summary

Bay Cove Human Services in Chelsea, MA is seeking a Housing Operations Coordinator - PSH - HSS to manage leasing operations, tenant documentation, and reporting while ensuring program compliance. The role collaborates with service providers, landlords, and internal teams to support stable housing outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, processing rent, coordinating meetings, and generating data reports.

Qualifications

At least 2 years experience in a similar housing operations role.
Understanding of leasing contracts and legal requirements.
Proficiency with AppFolio or similar leasing software.
Strong data management and documentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Maintain leasing records, leases, subleases, and rent documentation.
Audit databases, upload documents, and train Leasing Team on processes.
Coordinate meetings with program staff, providers, and landlords.
Monitor compliance with project requirements and deadlines.
Process tenant rent, generate monthly reports, and issue notices for late payments.
Support tenancy preservation and lease-up activities with the Tenancy Support Manager.
Ensure timely landlord payments and liaise with Finance for reports.
Generate housing data and prepare stakeholder materials.
Review vendor invoices and reconcile program expenses.
Assist with move-ins and vacancy tracking with property owners.
