Job summary

Eden Housing is seeking an Entry-level Assistant Manager for Willows Apartments in Vacaville, CA. The role supports the Community Manager in daily operations of housing projects serving low-income families, seniors, and other eligible residents.

The position requires a High School degree or equivalent and at least 6 months clerical experience; familiarity with YARDI and basic PC tools is preferred. Ability to travel to Eden properties is needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months clerical/office experience or related experience.
• Experience handling resident applications and records.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in day-to-day operations of housing facilities.
• Process resident applications and maintain resident files.
• Collect rent and perform daily bank deposits.
• Coordinate maintenance and schedule repairs.
• Promote compliance with HUD, CHFA, RHCP, TCAC rules.
