Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one year of administrative assistant experience, or high school/GED with five years of clerical experience.
• Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
• Experience using housing management software such as StarRez is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks for student entry records via StarRez and housing requests.
• Draft and issue housing verification letters and distribute guest permits.
• Assist with mail delivery, filing, and payment processing; maintain confidentiality.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers and answer inquiries by phone and email.
• Coordinate room changes, check-ins, and checkouts with Residence Life and Facilities staff.
• Support occupancy reporting and help implement online housing applications and schedules.
