Job summary

Trinity University seeks a Housing Assignments Manager to oversee all housing assignments from application through occupancy, ensuring accurate placements and a seamless student experience. You will direct the room reservation process for returning students and manage the StarRez system.

Responsibilities include forecasting occupancy for budget planning, maintaining data integrity, communicating options to students and families, and coordinating with ITS, Student Financial Services, and campus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Four years of related experience.
• Experience in college housing/student life preferred.
• Knowledge of StarRez and ADA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housing assignments for first-year, transfer, returning, and summer students.
• Direct room reservation process and communicate timelines.
• Administer StarRez and maintain occupancy records.
• Forecast occupancy for budgeting.
• Coordinate ESA/service animal housing and billing.
