Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in housing placement or eviction prevention.
Experience with rental assistance and housing stabilization preferred.
Familiarity with NYC housing systems or subsidies strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Support members through all stages of the housing process.
Assist members with rental arrears and eviction prevention resources.
Prepare and track housing applications and documentation.
Coordinate housing interviews and prepare members.
Communicate with housing providers and partners as needed.
Skills
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines
Strong communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
