Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field with two or more years of direct social service experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular home visits and escort tenants to appointments.
• Develop mutually agreed upon service plans for clients.
• Assist clients with obtaining entitlements and benefits.
