Job summary

RCAP Solutions, Inc. seeks a Program Coordinator for SNO Mass in the Worcester region to support low-income families moving to higher-opportunity areas. You will oversee intake, case management, and housing search, coordinating with landlords and community partners.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to travel regionally. You will lead orientations and assist families with credit repair, budgeting, and planning.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in social work, public policy, or related field required or preferred.
• 3 years' experience in social services/case management required; real estate/housing experience helpful.
• Familiarity with the Worcester region (transportation, schools, amenities).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally 8–10 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver SNO Mass services including intake, case management, housing search and placement.
• Develop outreach strategies for property owners and participants.
• Lead program orientation sessions for prospective participants.
• Provide counseling and assist with credit repair and budgeting.
• Facilitate workshops on housing and tenant responsibilities.
• Maintain data collection and reporting to meet program goals.
