Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Worcester, MA is seeking an ACCS Housing Coordinator to support housing goals through Housing First principles. You will build respectful partnerships with persons and landlords to create stable housing paths and address barriers.

Responsibilities include securing rental subsidies, collaborating with the Integrated Team, and guiding lease terms, subsidy rules, and move-in readiness for independent living.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License, reliable and insured vehicle, and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and develop relationships with Persons to establish treatment goals and barriers to housing.
• Assist Persons to secure rental subsidies through affordable housing programs.
• Collaborate with the ACCS Integrated Team to establish treatment goals and housing needs.
• Assist with site visits, application and lease negotiations; explain lease terms and subsidy requirements.
