Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Worcester, MA is seeking a Housing Coordinator to support ACCS Housing First initiatives, help clients move into permanent, independent housing, and secure rental subsidies.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with an insured vehicle, and a commitment to reliability and learning. You will partner with landlords and the ACCS team to remove housing barriers and ensure safe, stable homes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License, reliable and insured vehicle, and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Persons to establish treatment goals and housing barriers.
• Assist Persons in addressing CORI or legal issues affecting housing.
• Facilitate movement into permanent independent housing and support living in independent settings.
• Assist Persons to secure rental subsidies through affordable housing programs.
• Collaborate with ACCS Integrated Team to set housing/service goals and remove barriers.
