Omni Homestead Resort & Spa is seeking a Housing Maintenance Engineer Supervisor to oversee maintenance across associate housing facilities. You will supervise a team, coordinate with trades, and ensure timely, safe repairs while adhering to Omni procedures and hotel standards.

The role requires prior building maintenance experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage work orders and emergencies efficiently on-site.

Qualificações

• Previous building maintenance experience required.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• 21 years or older with a clean driving record.
• Strong time management and keen eye for detail.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and lead a team
• Ability to communicate with or notify department/stakeholders about outages or failures in housing facilities
• Create work orders in Omni work request system
• Perform general maintenance tasks
• Maintain non-trade mechanical items in housing rooms and public areas
• Receive direction for calls via radio
• Coordinate with other trades for major repairs
• Follow Omni fire alarm procedures and hotel rules
