Job summary

Evergreen State College seeks a seasoned leader to oversee the Residential and Dining Services front office on the Olympia campus. You will supervise staff, manage housing systems and processes, coordinate large-scale events, and serve as a key liaison between RAD and campus partners.

Qualifications

• Three years of program leadership and administrative experience, preferably in a higher education and/or housing setting.
• Two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front office team, organize daily workflow, and manage training/evaluation.
• Oversee housing systems, occupancy, and events, including large housing-related conferences.
• Act as IT liaison for RAD, coordinate technology purchases and system administration in StarRez and related tools.
