Job summary

Veterans Multi-Service Center is seeking a Case Manager (Veteran Services) to support 15–30 veteran households with non-clinical service plans in an urban nonprofit setting. The role focuses on housing stability and benefits access, requiring strong collaboration with multiple teams and community partners.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least two years in nonprofit/service delivery, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in social services or related field.
• Minimum two years’ experience in nonprofit or social services.
• Experience with grant-funded programs, especially veteran housing services.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Caseload management for 15–30 veteran households; develop non-clinical service plans.
• Assess eligibility and service needs; coordinate housing stability goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct outreach and build referrals to VA benefits and other services.
