Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in social services or related field.
• Minimum two years’ experience in nonprofit or social services.
• Experience with grant-funded programs and veteran housing services is a plus.
• Proficiency with databases and Microsoft Word Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of 15–30 veteran households.
• Develop and monitor individualized housing stability plans.
• Assess eligibility and service needs with clients.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to implement program resources.
• Ensure case files meet regulatory standards and confidentiality policies.
• Conduct outreach to identify and serve target populations.
• Assist with obtaining VA benefits and other public benefits.
