Job summary

Center City Housing Corp. in Minnesota seeks a Services Coordinator to support homeless families in a supportive housing building. You will work with tenants, case managers, and staff to implement Housing First and Harm Reduction, maintain files, and assist with intake, assessments, and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting homeless families preferred.
• Ability to document and report data accurately.
• Strong communication and advocacy skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily tenant advocacy and case management.
• Assist Site Director with tenant grievances and lease issues.
• Develop and document tenant activities and events.
• Maintain tenant case files and data for HMIS reporting.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with staff.
