Qualifications

• Experience working with homeless families preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Understand Housing First and Harm Reduction and apply them to duties.
• Advocate for tenants and coordinate services with staff and partners.
• Manage tenant case files and conduct intake and ongoing assessments.
• Respond to emergencies, disturbances, and lease issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate tenant activities and maintain accurate records and reporting.
