Job summary

Children's Rescue Fund in New York City is seeking a professional for case management services aimed at helping families transition to stable housing. Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in social services or related field required.
• Experience facilitating groups for homeless adults preferred.
• Knowledge of substance abuse treatment and family dynamics necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct case management services including assessment, counseling, and advocacy.
• Utilize DHS CARES for family intake assessment and service planning.
• Coordinate services for families to improve stability and housing situations.

Education
