Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Facilities Housing Tech I to perform light maintenance across housing units, including ground cleanup, landscape work, painting, furniture moves, and repairs. The role also supports safety inspections, HVAC coordination with vendors, and assisting senior staff, with on-call responsibilities and vehicle maintenance duties.

Responsibilities include keeping housing units livable, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring routine site cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Maintenance duties across housing units including interior and exterior tasks.
• Groundskeeping, landscaping and painting of housing facilities.
• Coordinate HVAC repairs with vendors and monitor safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties as assigned
• Maintain inside and outside of all housing units in good and livable condition
• Grounds cleanup, landscaping, painting, furniture moves and repairs
• Replace batteries in thermostats, fixtures, toilets and other devices
• Maintain designated fleet vehicle to Terros standards
• Complete safety inspections and identify hazards with corrective actions
• Coordinate HVAC repairs with vendors
• Inspect and service fire extinguishers and detectors
• Notify management of deficiencies and repairs needed
• Assist Tech II with tasks and office moves
• Clean, stock and supply facility areas and document maintenance activities
